At SAMRIDHI, every product is carefully inspected and packed
with utmost care before dispatch. We strive to deliver products that meet the
highest quality standards. If, however, you receive a damaged or incorrect
item, we're here to help.

Return & Exchange
Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

• You receive the wrong product.
• You receive the wrong size.
• The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

Returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of colour,
fabric, design, texture, or personal preference will not be accepted.

Important
Requirements

To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund:

• A clear unboxing video recorded from the moment
  the sealed package is opened is mandatory.
• The request must be raised within 24 hours of
  delivery.
• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered,
  and returned with all original tags, packaging, invoices, and accessories.

Requests received after 24 hours or without a valid unboxing video may
not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only if:

• A damaged or defective product is received and verified.
• An incorrect product has been delivered and verified.
• A replacement is unavailable after inspection and approval.

Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, the refund will
be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges, COD charges, gift wrapping charges, and other service
fees are non-refundable unless the error occurred on our end.

Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged if:

• The wrong size has been delivered.
• An incorrect product has been delivered.
• The product has a verified manufacturing defect or transit damage.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit
may be offered at our discretion.

Products Not Eligible
for Return or Exchange

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Customized or made-to-order products
• Gift Cards
• Gift Wrapping
• Clearance Sale products
• Super Saver Combos
• Jewellery
• Pre-draped Sarees
• Any product marked as Final Sale, No Return,
  or No Exchange

Sale &
Promotional Orders

Products purchased during promotional events, flash sales, clearance
sales, discount offers, or special campaigns are generally not eligible
for return or exchange, unless a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
has been delivered.

Offer-specific conditions announced during individual promotions will
prevail wherever applicable.

Store Credit

Where applicable, store credit:

• Will be issued after successful inspection of the returned product.
• Is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Cannot be redeemed for cash.

Reverse Pickup

If reverse pickup service is unavailable in your location, you may be
required to self-ship the product.

Reverse shipping reimbursement, if applicable, will be limited to ₹150 in
the form of Store Credit.

Saree Finishing

Unless specifically mentioned on the product page, all sarees are
shipped without fall and edging.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

• Metro Cities: 3–5 Business Days
• Other Locations: 5–7 Business Days
• Remote Areas: 7–10 Business Days
